Knitting

The “Knitting Division” consists of 13 Imported Knitting Machines which can totally knit about 3000Kgs/Day of various qualities of jersey & 4 track design fabrics with Lycra

Inter Locks - 24, 26, 28 - 03 machines

Embroidery

Embroidery Division consists of 4 latest 20 head, computerized machines from ‘TAJIMA-JAPAN’. These machines can handle appliqué and add-on requirements as well as ‘Boring” Technology. The punching of these embroidery designs are done in our own punching and laser unit.

Compacting

The “Compacting Division” consists of 2 Imported Machines

1. Tubetex USA

2. Lafer SPA Italy

which can totally knit about 7000Kgs/Day of various qualities and open with compacting

Sampling Division

We always concentrates and spend manpower/money in sampling, we have dedicated sampling unit all over 60 machines for knits. The sampling units are equipped with the latest technology machines and well-experienced tailors to handle all kinds of samples with a short lead-time.

Manufacturing Division

We manufacture 800 thousand pcs per month with 400 machine capacity.
